Foundation Pierre Smith Mondelus (FPSM) is a Christ-centered ministry established to empower the residents of villages in Northern Haiti by equipping them for neighborhood revitalization through sustainable personal, community, and economic development. FPSM was founded as a cooperative effort between Haitian and American leaders in 2017. The Christian five-member Haitian ministry team serves in rural Milot, enabling a grass-roots assessment of local needs. Members include co-founder Vero, one of two leaders with degrees in Business Administration, one leader trained in literacy education, and Marcot, our church pastor. Co-founder Shannon, as a missionary for 3 years, worked closely with these individuals. Programs are developed and implemented by consensus between the Haitian leaders and the American board. Growing Christ’s Kingdom in His love is the focus of our ministry. Initial Haitian-ministry-led programs include evangelism, an annual Bible camp for 150 youth, and a weekly Bible
